Job summary

UST is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and success of enterprise applications, bridging business stakeholders, customers, and engineering in a fast-paced environment. You will define vision and roadmaps, conduct market research, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, data-driven B2B solutions.

A proven track record in agile practices and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

5+ years in Product Owner/Manager roles for enterprise applications.
Experience with B2B enterprise customers and complex user requirements.
Proven track record launching and scaling applications.
Experience in agile/scrum environments.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and deployment models.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ProductBoard, and Figma.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new features and product releases.
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Groom and prioritize product backlog; participate in sprint planning.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility and scalability.
Monitor KPIs and product health, report to leadership.
Lead cross-functional product launches with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success.
