Job summary

Ultramink Technologies is seeking an experienced IT project manager to oversee cloud migration projects across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate technical teams, manage client communications, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal surprises.

The role focuses on planning, risk management, and runbook development, with opportunities for professional growth and a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement across ANZ.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cloud migration projects from assessment through post-migration optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: cloud architects, DevOps engineers, security consultants.
• Manage client communications, status reporting, and escalation handling.
• Track budgets, resource allocation, and project risks.
• Develop and maintain migration runbooks and cutover plans.
