Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage all contracted responsibilities for assigned clinical projects in Australia. You will act as the primary contact between Novotech and the client, leading execution to deliver on time and budget while coordinating internal teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, site selection, recruitment, regulatory submissions, and ensuring adherence to ICH GCP and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in clinical research with project management exposure.
• Experience managing CRO projects is advantageous.
• Experience with site management, budgets, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and management of contracted project responsibilities.
• Act as primary client contact and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee study setup, site selection, recruitment, and close-out.
• Manage study budget, revenue, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.

Education

Graduate in clinical or life sciences
