Job summary

Novotech in Sydney seeks a Project Manager to lead clinical projects from planning through close-out, ensuring deliverables meet ICH GCP, sponsor SOPs and budgets. You will coordinate internal teams, manage risks, and oversee study timelines, sites and regulatory submissions.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements and flexible hours, with an emphasis on collaboration, governance and delivering high-quality results for sponsors and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• At least 5 years' experience within the clinical research industry and previous project management experience, including Associate Project Manager or equivalent.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Determine project feasibility, considering the sponsor needs.
• Provide guidance and review scope of work, timelines and quality of deliverables.
• Understand project agreements and manage services to required standards.
• Set up and maintain operational project plans, timelines & study tracking tools.
• Manage study budget and revenue
• Select and manage investigational sites to meet client objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate safety and data management activities to meet study objectives.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance of essential documents and TMF.
