Job summary

You will lead internal teams, coordinate with clients, vendors, and regulatory teams, and guide project feasibility, scope, timelines, and quality. Hybrid working and flexible hours are offered; you must have full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Degree in clinical or life sciences field.
• 5+ years in clinical research with PM experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project feasibility, timelines and scope.
• Coordinate with vendors, sites, and internal teams.
• Manage study budget and revenue; adjust forecasts as needed.
• Ensure ethics & regulatory submissions meet timelines.
• Oversee study logistics and site activation.
• Monitor recruitment and site performance, escalate issues.
