Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to lead clinical research projects from site selection through close-out, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will act as the primary client contact, oversee cross-functional teams, and manage financial performance per contracts and agreements.

The role requires solid understanding of drug development, CRO operations, ICH GCP, and local/international regulatory requirements, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• Relevant experience/qualifications in allied professions may also be considered.
• At least 5 years' experience within the clinical research industry and previous project management experience, including Associate Project Manager or equivalent.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Determine project feasibility and assist Business Development.
• Guide and review scope, responsibilities, timelines and quality of deliverables.
• Understand Project Agreement requirements and ensure services meet standards.
• Set up and maintain operational project plans, timelines and study tracking tools (CTMS, eTMF).
• Manage vendors (central labs, drug distributors, IRT) to support the study.
• Manage study budget and revenue; adjust forecasts as needed.
• Ensure project profitability and revenue realization targets are met.
• Communicate changes in study procedures/progress affecting revenue to management.
• Identify and activate investigational sites to meet client objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with Data Management and Pharmacovigilance to meet study objectives.
• Maintain (e) TMF and essential site documents per SOPs.
