Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Project Manager - Oncology to lead planning and management of contracted responsibilities for assigned trials in Australia. You will be the primary contact between Novotech and clients, overseeing execution to deliver on time and on budget while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards across the study lifecycle.

The role requires a strong background in clinical research, at least 5 years of PM experience, and preferable CRO exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• At least 5 years' experience within the clinical research industry and previous project management experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Determine project feasibility, considering sponsor needs and assisting Business Development.
• Actively provide guidance and review scope of work, responsibilities, timelines and quality of deliverables.
• Manage study budget and revenue according to Master Services Agreement and Project Agreement.
• Identify and highlight opportunities within projects to expand collaborations.
