Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution for assigned clinical projects in Australia. You will serve as the primary contact between Novotech and clients, oversee cross-functional teams, ensure deliverables meet regulatory and sponsor requirements, and manage budgets and timelines to drive project profitability.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• At least 5 years' experience within the clinical research industry and previous project management experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Determine project feasibility, considering sponsor needs and assist Business Development.
• Actively provide guidance and review scope of work, responsibilities, timelines and quality of deliverables.
• Identify and manage site selection, regulatory submissions, recruitment and monitoring to meet timelines and study targets.
• Manage study budget and revenue, adjust forecasts, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Coordinate coordination with data management and pharmacovigilance to meet study objectives.

Education
