Jobfit Health Group – Part of Partnered Health is seeking a Client Partnership Manager to drive growth and strengthen long-term client partnerships across Australia. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, collaborate with operational and clinical teams, and lead strategic plans to increase revenue and service uptake.

The role requires proactive relationship management, commercial insight and the ability to translate client needs into tailored health and wellbeing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales within healthcare or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and grow key client relationships and revenue.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth, client retention and service utilisation across existing client accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic account growth plans aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor client activity and performance to identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and meet client requirements.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, tender submissions and strategic business development efforts.
