Job summary

UM, part of Omnicom Media Group, seeks a Client Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead a major client portfolio and drive growth and profitability. You will cultivate senior stakeholder relationships, align strategy with execution, and position UM as a trusted advisor across diverse teams.

You will guide commercial performance, forecast revenue, and develop future leaders while delivering connected, innovative marketing solutions that matter at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Senior client leader with a background in media, communications, marketing or related agency environment.
• Experience managing significant client portfolios and senior/C-suite stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence at the highest levels and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships across a major portfolio as trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Develop and execute client growth strategies to deepen relationships and expand the agency's offering.
• Own the commercial performance of the portfolio, including revenue, budgets, forecasting and resource planning.
• Provide strategic leadership to client challenges and ensure recommendations connect to business outcomes.
• Champion planning and delivery excellence with high-quality, connected and commercially impactful work.
• Coach and develop the team to build a high-performing culture and grow future leaders.
• Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities, positioning UM as a leader in effectiveness.
