• Seasoned leader with strong background in media, communications or related agency environment.
• Proven experience managing significant client portfolios with senior/C-suite stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with experience owning budgets, forecasting, revenue growth and P&L outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who influences beyond campaign delivery to business challenges.
• Strong people leader with coaching and development experience.
• Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing at top levels.
• Curious and proactive, identifying growth opportunities and new capabilities.
• Collaborative leader who unites teams to deliver connected client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships across a major portfolio, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Develop and execute client growth strategies to deepen relationships and expand the agency’s offering.
• Own the portfolio’s commercial performance, including revenue, budgets, forecasting and resources.
• Provide strategic leadership on client challenges and ensure recommendations tie to business outcomes.
• Champion planning and delivery excellence with high-quality, connected work.
• Coach and develop your team, building a high-performing culture.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities to position UM as a leader in marketing effectiveness.
