Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets seeks a Client Engagement Manager in Australia to support the execution of the Key Client Strategy and strengthen relationships with key clients and brokers. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, claims, underwriting or related disciplines.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in market-facing roles and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with designated key clients, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate engagement across underwriting, claims, risk engineering, operations, product and leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain relationship maps, stakeholder engagement plans, account plans and servicing frameworks.
• Facilitate account planning meetings, strategic reviews, client discussions and governance activities.
