Job summary

Wotton Kearney is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our Business Development & Marketing team in Australia. You will work with partners and client relationship leaders on key client relationships, driving engagement initiatives and translating insights into actions that strengthen partnerships and deliver meaningful outcomes.

This newly created role is open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne, with the opportunity to collaborate across the firm to support strategic client

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in a similar client-facing or growth-focused role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and ongoing evolution of WK's Key Client Programme.
• Coordinate client planning activities, relationship reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare client briefings, presentations and reporting materials.
• Analyse client engagement activity and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
• Develop and maintain relationship maps, stakeholder insights and client intelligence.
• Support client listening initiatives, including interviews, NPS programmes and relationship reviews.
• Help translate client feedback into practical actions that improve client experience and support growth.
• Assist with client events, thought leadership initiatives, training programmes and other value-add activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to support strategic client growth and retention initiatives.
