Wotton Kearney is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to drive client engagement and growth from Sydney. You will partner with partners and client leaders to support strategic initiatives, coordinate planning and translate client insights into actions that strengthen partnerships.

The role is open to Sydney or Melbourne candidates, with flexible work options and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences in a leading professional services firm.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in a client-facing or growth-focused role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Enjoys working with data, insights and reporting to inform decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Curious, proactive and relationship-focused.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and across teams.
• Interest in how technology and AI can improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and evolution of WK's Key Client Programme.
• Coordinate client planning activities, relationship reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare client briefings, presentations and reporting materials.
• Analyse client engagement activity and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
• Develop and maintain relationship maps, stakeholder insights and client intelligence.
• Support client listening initiatives, including interviews and NPS programmes.
• Translate client feedback into practical actions that improve client experience and support growth.
• Assist with client events, thought leadership initiatives, training programmes and other value-add activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to support strategic client growth and retention initiatives.
