Job summary

DXC Technology seeks an Organisational Change Manager to lead end-to-end change strategies for complex technology-enabled transformations across the ANZ region. You will work with senior client stakeholders to define change cases, design strategies, and drive adoption through training and communications.

The role focuses on delivering sustainable business outcomes, building internal capability, and contributing to pre-sales with practical change solutions.

Qualifications

• NV2 clearance is a requirement for this role.
• 5+ years of experience delivering organisational change in complex transformations.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end OCM strategies with stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Experience in training design and delivery, including facilitation and modern learning approaches.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies (including AI).
• Experience applying human-centred design and/or agile ways of working in change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Consulting mindset with structured, outcome-focused, adaptable work style.
• Experience in a consulting environment with client-facing delivery or pre-sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements to define and articulate cases for change.
• Co-design and facilitate workshops to solve complex business challenges.
• Assess organisational readiness, digital maturity, and change impacts using data-driven insights.
• Design and deliver integrated change strategies and plans including engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
• Translate technology-enabled transformation into people, process and behaviour change.
• Design and deliver modern learning solutions including instructor-led and digital formats.
• Partner with clients to build internal change capability and coach leaders and teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales and proposal development with practical, outcome-focused change solutions.
• Mentor and share knowledge to grow capability, including AI-enabled change and learning.
