Job summary

DXC Technology in Sydney seeks a Principal Transformation Consultant – Organisational Change Management to lead OCM across large-scale business and technology transformations, with an initial SAP transformation focus.

You will partner with executive sponsors to design enterprise change strategies, drive adoption, and build sustainable change capability, while contributing to practice growth and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience leading Organisational Change Management within complex business and technology transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering change for large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and advise executive stakeholders through complex organisational change.
• Deep expertise across enterprise change strategy, stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, communications, learning and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Organisational Change Management across large-scale business and technology transformation programs, including SAP-enabled initiatives.
• Design and deliver enterprise change strategies, adoption roadmaps and organisational readiness plans that drive sustainable behavioural change.
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to define transformation outcomes, assess organisational readiness and manage adoption risks.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness and adoption activities.
• Design governance frameworks, change metrics and adoption dashboards to measure organisational readiness and business outcomes.
