Job summary

Teachers Health is seeking an Organisational Change Analyst to drive organisational and technology-enabled change across a portfolio of transformation projects. You will work directly with leaders and teams to assess impacts, build readiness and enable adoption of new ways of working, maturing change practices in a collaborative, outcomes-focused role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in change management or related field.
• Experience delivering, coordinating or contributing to organisational and/or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, teams and stakeholders to understand impacts and deliver change outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessments identifying people, process and technology impacts.
• Deliver business readiness activities to support adoption of new ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develop change plans, engagement approaches and implementation activities.
• Coordinate communication and engagement to build awareness and adoption.
• Monitor change readiness, risks, issues and adoption outcomes.
• Contribute to operating model, process improvement and tech-enabled changes.
• Help develop change management tools, frameworks and standardised practices.
