Job summary

Teachers Health is seeking an Organisational Change Analyst to drive delivery of change initiatives that help our people and teams adapt, grow and succeed. You will work with the Change Manager and stakeholders to assess impacts, build readiness and support adoption of new ways of working.

This hands-on role spans operating model changes, process improvements and technology-enabled change. You will help mature our change capability by developing tools, frameworks and standardised practices

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Communications, Psychology, Project Management or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years' experience in change management, organisational development, transformation or project delivery.
• Experience delivering organisational and/or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and teams to understand impacts and deliver change outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessments identifying people, process and tech impacts.
• Deliver business readiness activities to ensure adoption of new ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups and stakeholder engagement to inform planning.
• Develop practical change plans and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Monitor change readiness, risks and adoption outcomes.
• Contribute to building and maturing change management tools and frameworks.
