Job summary

Austal Defence Australia (ADA) invites a Change Manager to lead the Organisation Change Management strategy across major programs in Western Australia. You’ll design and implement practices, processes and activities to drive sustainable transformation and measure success with clear metrics.

In this senior role you’ll mentor Change Champions, Project Managers, and ADA Leadership Team, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure governance and security clearances eligibility to support

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Application of Organisation Change Management methodologies and frameworks.
• Minimum 8+ years experience leading, facilitating and managing change in complex organisational environments, including setting change management strategies and the design and implementation of change management practices, processes and activities.
• Demonstrated experience in mapping change requirements for organisational culture, governance, capabilities, skills and roles.
• Competent in developing maturity mapping and development planning.
• Adept in design and delivery of sustainable change in a long term, complex transformation setting.
• Confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders from enterprise management to front line staff.
• Proven experience in growing a change management team in a maturing organisation.
• Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
