Job summary

HBF Health in Perth is seeking a Change and Internal Communications Manager to drive change management and communications for its Risk Maturity Program. You will partner with program leaders and stakeholders to shape adoption of key initiatives and strengthen the organization’s risk culture.

You will develop change management plans, conduct stakeholder analyses, design engaging internal communications, and measure outcomes to ensure alignment and impact across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management and communications for large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels, including senior leaders.
• Proven ability to develop compelling internal communications and engagement campaigns that drive behavioural change.
• Experience applying change management methodologies and frameworks to achieve adoption outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans to support successful adoption of program initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities to identify change requirements and risks.
• Design and implement engagement and communication activities that build awareness, understanding and commitment across the organisation.
• Manage program communications across internal channels, translating complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, support decision-making and achieve program outcomes.
• Measure and report on change and communication effectiveness, including awareness, engagement and adoption outcomes.
