Job summary

HBF Health in Perth is seeking a Change and Internal Communications Manager to drive change management and communications for its Risk Maturity Program. You will partner with program leaders and stakeholders to shape adoption of key initiatives and strengthen the organization’s risk culture.

You will develop change management plans, conduct stakeholder analyses, design engaging internal communications, and measure outcomes to ensure alignment and impact across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management and communications for large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels, including senior leaders.
• Proven ability to develop compelling internal communications and engagement campaigns that drive behavioural change.
• Experience applying change management methodologies and frameworks to achieve adoption outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

This is a full-time position based in Perth on an 18-month fixed-term basis.

About the Role

As the Change and Internal Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of HBF's Risk Maturity Program. Working closely with program leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll lead change management, communications and engagement activities that build awareness, capability and adoption of key risk initiatives. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change, shape communication strategies and help strengthen HBF's risk culture through a coordinated, people-focused approach.

In this role, you will:

About You

You're an experienced change and communications professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing outcomes across a broad stakeholder group. You combine strong strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach and are confident engaging leaders, managing competing priorities and delivering impactful communication and change initiatives that drive business results.

Ideally, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience leading change management and communications activities for large-scale or organisation-wide transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, including senior leaders.
• Proven ability to develop compelling internal communications and engagement campaigns that support behavioural and organisational change.
• Experience applying change management methodologies, tools and frameworks to achieve successful adoption outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, communications, psychology, commerce or a related discipline, together with a strong understanding of regulated environments.
