Job summary

HBF Health in Perth is seeking a Change Lead to plan, manage and drive the people side of technology changes, ensuring adoption and business benefits across the organisation. The role partners with project teams, business leaders and IT to minimise resistance and maximise user engagement on a multi-million dollar data and analytics initiative.

The role focuses on governance, readiness and delivering a complex portfolio including data engineering, analytics and platform uplift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medium to highly complex change initiatives in technology or business transformation.
• Ability to develop and deliver change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills; translate complex concepts into clear messages.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate organisational readiness for system implementations and process changes.
• Identify change impacts and readiness of affected groups across the HBF landscape.
• Define adoption and readiness objectives aligned with project outcomes.
• Establish change governance, reporting, and success measures.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify stakeholders and organisational impacts.
• Identify and analyse stakeholder groups and their specific needs.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and project teams.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and influence key decision-makers.
• Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Design and execute communications that articulate purpose, benefits, and impacts.
• Ensure consistent messaging across project and business teams.
• Support leaders in managing team transitions.
