Job summary

The University of Melbourne seeks an experienced HR Change and Communications lead within the Employment Compliance Directorate. You will design and deliver change programs, create clear communications, and support policy guidance for staff across faculties and portfolios.

You will collaborate with HR, faculties and portfolios to shape contemporary workforce practice, employ Prosci principles, and contribute to briefs and submissions on compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Hold tertiary qualifications in Change, Communications, HR, business or similar.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of Prosci, HR policies, procedures, legislation and enterprise agreements, ideally within higher education.
• Proven experience using SharePoint, Canva, MS365 Copilot and WorkDay.
• Offer proven experience designing and delivering complex change programs in large, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead practical change programs that clarify workforce expectations across the University.
• Collaborate with HR, faculties and portfolios to design engaging communications, training and policy support.
• Grow expertise in contemporary change practice within Employment Compliance Directorate.
• Research change management methodologies and contribute to briefings, reports and submissions on compliance issues.
