Job summary

Aboriginal Hostels Limited (AHL) is seeking an experienced Assistant Director, Change and Engagement to drive change management and stakeholder engagement for the organisation's 10-year strategy. This non-ongoing 12-month role will coordinate across the business, ensuring teams are informed, engaged and supported through change.

You will provide practical tools, guidance and capacity building to enable effective change management outcomes, while building capability across AHL.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders, project teams and business areas.
• Capability to provide guidance, tools and resources to enable change outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plans for initiatives in the strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and support change initiatives.
• Manage communications, queries and engagement materials; support system and business change releases.
• Provide program and project coordination to sequence initiatives, manage capacity and risk.
• Monitor risks and stakeholder needs; advise on decision-making and governance.
• Contribute to reporting to executives and committees; support capability development.
