Aboriginal Hostels Limited (AHL) seeks an experienced Assistant Director, Strategy and Performance to turn the 10-year strategic plan into practical action. Joining the Transformation Office, you will work with senior leaders, business areas and project teams to sequence initiatives, assess capacity, manage risk and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic advice, progress reporting to the Executive and Board, and ensuring delivery against milestones.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership experience required.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Proven capability in reporting to executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Transformation Plan aligned to the 10-year strategy.
• Coordinate sequencing of initiatives to manage capacity, risk and change impacts.
• Provide high-quality strategic advice to the Executive and Board.
• Monitor progress and report milestones and outcomes within the Strategy and Transformation Plan.
• Collaborate with project and business teams to deliver outcomes.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and mentoring to teams.
