Qualifikationen

• Experience in employee communications and engagement.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record delivering internal communication programs across organisations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver internal communication plans that support business priorities and change initiatives.
• Create clear, engaging communications across formats including updates, leadership messages and announcements.
• Use storytelling to bring priorities, achievements and operations to life for employees.
• Support executive communications to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Lead communication activities for change initiatives, explaining what is changing and why it matters.
• Strengthen employee voice through feedback and engagement mechanisms.
• Manage internal channels like the intranet and other platforms.
• Coordinate quarterly Town Halls and other town hall content.
• Develop regular employee updates on priorities and initiatives.
• Partner with People & Culture and leaders to deliver coordinated communications.
