Job summary

Metcash is seeking a Change & Communications Manager for a permanent role in Macquarie Park. You will drive change initiatives across Food Retail, Marketing and Supply Chain, engaging stakeholders, customers and suppliers, and guiding readiness, communications, and capability uplift.

Reporting to the Senior Change and Communications Manager, you will deliver practical and strategic contributions to project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change management initiatives within complex project environments.
• Ability to engage and influence both white-collar and frontline stakeholders.
• Formal Change Management qualification (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of change, communication and stakeholder engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive tailored change management plans to minimise resistance and maximise engagement.
• Deliver impactful communications, training and delivery to mitigate change risks.
• Develop comprehensive change collateral aligned with delivery approaches and readiness processes.
• Collaborate with the program team to design change activities and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Ensure seamless transition to BAU models with robust transition plans and support.
• Participate in the Delivery Success change cohort to maintain consistency.
