Job summary

Metcash Limited is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Programs to lead digital, loyalty and eCommerce strategy across five banners from Macquarie Park with three days in-office. You will oversee Loyalty, eCommerce and Retailer Engagement teams and drive data-driven solutions that fuel acquisition, retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in digital, eCommerce, loyalty or customer experience roles within retail or related industries.
• Proven experience developing and executing digital transformation programs and customer engagement strategies.
• Demonstrated success leading loyalty programs and customer data initiatives, including personalization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the loyalty, eCommerce and digital engagement strategy across all banners.
• Lead the liquor pillar's digital transformation roadmap, aligning with business and technology priorities.
• Evolve the loyalty program strategy, proposition and platform capabilities.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value through data-led loyalty initiatives.
• Define and deliver the eCommerce strategy and roadmap to achieve growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Technology teams and external vendors to plan and deliver platform enhancements.
• Provide leadership and development to the Loyalty, eCommerce and Retailer Engagement teams.
