Fairview in Sydney is seeking a Category Manager to lead the strategic direction, growth and profitability of key façade and cladding product categories. You will work with Sales and suppliers to shape category strategy.

The role combines commercial strategy, product development and market analysis, with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, R&D, and Operations. The ideal candidate has category management experience and a proven track record in delivering results.

• Experience in category management or related product role.
• Ability to manage product roadmaps and certifications.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic directions of product categories and drive profitability.
• Set long-term vision and strategy by market and customers.
• Manage product roadmaps, testing, and compliance.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Commercial and Operations.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity.
• Provide product training and technical support to sales and operations.
• Make data-led, insight-driven decisions.
