Fairview is seeking a Façade Field Manager to support its façade and cladding projects across commercial, residential, and high-rise builds. The role blends office-based technical coordination with regular site visits to shepherd projects through design and construction.

Your background could be in construction, engineering, façades, cladding, or related building industries, with experience on complex projects and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading façade or building envelope projects is desirable.

Fairview is seeking a Façade Field Manager to support our growing façade and cladding business across a diverse range of commercial, residential, and high-rise projects.

This role involves a combination of office-based technical coordination and regular site visits, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Management: Collaborate with engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
• Assist installers by providing training on the façade installation process, resolving engineers' queries, and documenting site inspection reports.

About You:

You may come from a background in construction, engineering, façades, cladding, building products, or the broader building industry and possess:

• Experience working on commercial, residential, high-rise, or complex construction projects (highly regarded).
• Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers (highly regarded).
• Experience within the building and construction industry
• Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers
• Knowledge of construction materials and the building process
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
