Job summary

Fairview is seeking a Façade Compliance Manager in Sydney to support our façade and cladding work across commercial, residential, and high‑rise projects. The role blends office‑based technical coordination with regular site visits, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

You will read drawings, resolve design issues, coordinate with engineers, and document site inspections.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, engineering, façades or related building roles.
• Experience on commercial, residential, high-rise or complex projects.
• Experience with builders, architects, designers or specifiers.
• Knowledge of construction materials and building processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Management: Collaborate with engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
• Assist installers by providing training on the façade installation process, resolving engineers' queries, and documenting site inspection reports.

About You:

You may come from a background in construction, engineering, façades, cladding, building products, or the broader building industry and possess:

• Experience working on commercial, residential, high-rise, or complex construction projects (highly regarded).
• Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers (highly regarded).
• Experience within the building and construction industry
• Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers
• Knowledge of construction materials and the building process
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
