Job summary

Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, is seeking a Capital Projects Manager to lead major capital projects across Australia and New Zealand, from feasibility through to project completion.

Based in Enfield, Sydney, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage contracts and suppliers, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering on strategic investment priorities.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with proven project management and project leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills to align internal stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
• Experience in managing contracts, contractors and consultants and negotiating competitive third-party agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end major capital projects from feasibility to completion across ANZ.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure safety, risk control and stakeholder alignment.
