Job summary

Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, is seeking an experienced Supply Planner for a 6-month fixed-term contract based at Enfield (NSW) and Moorooka (QLD). You will support day-to-day supply planning, production scheduling and inventory optimisation across multiple flour mills.

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the role requires SAP and Excel proficiency, strong inventory knowledge and a collaborative approach to ensure on-time product availability for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Planning role.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with planning reports/data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain achievable production and supply plans.
• Publish and manage weekly production schedules.
• Ensure product and material availability to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage obsolescence and shelf-life risks.
• Maintain planning master data and support accuracy of system-generated plans.
• Prepare and analyse planning reports to support operational decisions.

About the Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team on a 6-month fixed-term contract based at our Enfield head office.

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this role will support the day-to-day supply planning activities across our Enfield (NSW) and Moorooka (QLD) flour mills, ensuring product availability, inventory optimisation and effective production scheduling to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain achievable production and supply plans.
• Publish and manage weekly production schedules.
• Ensure product and material availability to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage product obsolescence and shelf-life risks.
• Maintain planning master data and support the accuracy of system-generated supply plans.
• Prepare and analyse planning reports to support operational decision making.

About You

We're looking for a practical and organised Supply Planner with strong SAP and Excel skills who can confidently manage day-to-day planning activities, balance inventory requirements and support operational performance across multiple sites.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a Supply Planning role.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with planning reports and data.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
• Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded.
