Job summary

Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, is seeking a Capital Projects Manager to join our team in Enfield, Sydney. You will lead major capital projects across Australia and New Zealand from feasibility through to completion, with a focus on safety, cost control and stakeholder alignment.

You will manage cross-functional teams, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with proven project management and leadership experience.
• Ability to align internal stakeholders through effective communication and facilitation.
• Strong contract, contractor and consultant management skills with commercial acumen.
• Experience in bulk materials handling, civil works, compliance with regulators and control/electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital projects from feasibility to completion across ANZ.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage safety, risk and compliant contractor/supplier arrangements.
• Monitor project expenditure and conduct post-implementation reviews.
