Job summary

Lyka Wellness Pty Ltd in Sydney (Wetherill Park) seeks a Capital Engineer to lead capital and non-capital projects across Lyka’s operations. You’ll apply site engineering practices, ensure compliance with Lyka standards, and help scale reliable manufacturing and logistics.

You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, deliver CAPEX initiatives to improve margins while upholding safety, quality, and food safety goals, and support LEAN improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in manufacturing project management.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented with safety focus.
• Experience implementing LEAN across-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CAPEX projects to improve gross margin while ensuring safety and food standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and contractors for project delivery.
• Support adoption of FSSC 22000 and PrimeSafe within projects.
• Lead site projects from concept to handover.
