Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales and client relationship management skills within construction, earthmoving or civil infrastructure sectors.
• Market research, opportunity analysis and strategic planning to identify and prioritize high-potential projects and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and secure new contracts.
• Organizational and project coordination skills, including ability to manage pipelines, prepare tenders and collaborate with site and office teams.
• Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field are beneficial, with proven experience in a similar role and understanding of the South Australian construction market.
• Strong driver’s license, digital literacy (CRM and MS Office tools), and a commitment to safety and long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in civil and earthworks across South Australia.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients and promote the company’s services.
