You will shape the growth strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive market uptake for biosimilars and biologics, partnering with sales, medical and external partners.

The role emphasizes portfolio strategy, data-driven decision making and multi-channel activation with a 1–5 year horizon. Melbourne head office with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial marketing experience in pharma.
• Experience with biologics/biosimilars is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Australian pharma landscape and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and annual/quarterly plans for Biologics & Biosimilars.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and portfolio performance.
• Drive growth via market analysis, insights and partnerships.
• Ensure data integrity in reporting and external communications.
• Develop high-impact multichannel campaigns and launches.
