Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a talented Bid Coordinator to join our construction-focused client in Canberra. You will lead visual designs, written content and graphics across submissions, bringing creative flair to clear, engaging documents.

You’ll coordinate end-to-end bid submissions using Adobe InDesign, support bid strategy with project managers, manage timelines and stakeholder inputs, and produce high-quality tender content.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination within professional services, construction, or engineering.
• Strong design and document production skills (InDesign).
• Ability to create engaging infographics and visually compelling submissions.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality presentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; strong organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end bid and tender submissions using Adobe InDesign.
• Support bid strategy meetings with Project Managers on methodology and inputs.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder inputs and submission delivery.
• Produce high-quality bid documentation from templates and content libraries.
• Assist with post-tender clarifications and interviews, including presentations.
