Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Engage executives and engineering teams to understand business strategies and engineering workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions, value workshops, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs).
• Build and execute a structured territory and pipeline strategy with disciplined forecasting.
• Own the full sales motion from identify to close for multi-product solutions.
