Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma or equivalent experience in digital engineering.
• 8+ years in BIM, digital engineering or information management in civil construction.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, CDEs, and digital delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Digital Engineering strategy on major civil projects nationwide.
• Provide BIM and information management support through project lifecycles from tender to handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, design consultants and JV partners.
• Promote and train staff in best-practice BIM workflows.
