Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to expand partnerships and drive growth across Sydney/Metro and national segments. You will pursue new business while nurturing existing relationships, delivering tailored, value-driven solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet growth targets.

The role emphasizes managing B2B and B2C accounts, leveraging extensive product knowledge, and partnering with Trade Teams to implement targeted growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development and sales with quota attainment.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities across Organisation sectors.
• Manage national supplier relationships and build new partnerships.
• Develop and implement growth strategies with Trade teams and stakeholders.
• Acquire new business and grow value within existing customers.
• Respond to RFIs and tender opportunities when appropriate.
