Cleanaway is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our portfolio of strategic Key Account customers across Melbourne. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations, delivering tailored waste-management solutions.

You’ll build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, drive new business, cross-sell where appropriate and ensure seamless onboarding with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or strategic account management within a complex B2B environment.
• Experience in industries such as FMCG, logistics, industrial services, infrastructure or environmental services.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Identify, target and win new business opportunities with strategic Key Account customers and build a strong pipeline.
• Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and tailor waste-management solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, proposals, tenders, negotiations and contract execution.
• Drive growth through strategic acquisition plans and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and long-term partnerships.
