OMRON's Victoria team is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across North and West Melbourne and regional areas such as Albury, with occasional regional travel. The role blends technical sales, territory management and strategic business development to expand OMRON's automation and robotics solutions among target industries.

• 3–5 years in technical sales, account management or business development in industrial automation or related industries.
• Strong commercial mindset with proactive opportunity identification and sales execution.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers, decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for technical solutions and commercial value.
• Self-management with ability to manage territory and sales pipeline independently.

Responsabilidades

• Territory Management: own North and West Melbourne and regional areas, driving sales, margin and growth.
• Customer & Key Account Management: build relationships with End Users, OEMs, System Integrators and key accounts.
• New Business Development: identify, pursue and convert new customers, projects and opportunities.
• Strategic Industry Development: explore growth opportunities in targeted sectors like Food, Medical, Logistics, Infrastructure and Government.
