Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in IT services or digital transformation, and 5+ years in a senior delivery leadership role, with a proven track record in AUD 10M+ revenue accounts and C-suite collaboration.

Qualifications

15+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation environments.
Minimum 5+ years in a Delivery Director or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience managing large strategic enterprise accounts in the Australian market.
Demonstrated success in growing accounts exceeding AUD $10M+ annual revenue.
Experience owning delivery governance for large-scale transformation and managed services engagements.
Strong understanding of commercial models including Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services, and Outcome-Based contracts.
Experience working with C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders.
