Job summary

Winc Australia in Sydney is seeking an Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with a defined customer portfolio, showcasing Winc’s unique value to decision makers. You will drive customer development plans and work towards targets.

You will maintain expert knowledge of the vertical and products, manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that balance savings for customers with profit for Winc.

Qualifications

• B2B and industry experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Experience managing client relationships end-to-end.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze customer data and pricing.
• Knowledge of pricing tools and contract modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage retention and profitability of contracts
• Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall vertical strategy
• Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
• Maintain expert knowledge of the vertical industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
• Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
