Reload Media in Sydney is looking for an Account Manager to own 5–10 client relationships and steer the strategic direction of their campaigns across media and performance.

You'll lead client discussions, brief internal specialists, manage budgets, and turn data into actionable next steps using GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo and SEMrush. This hybrid role offers growth toward Senior Account Manager and a path built on strong relationships and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in account management or client services.
• Interest in marketing strategy and how digital channels work together.
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building and honest expectation management.
• Comfort presenting and communicating from weekly updates to QBRs.
• Proactive with multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 or SEMrush is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused client portfolio across diverse industries.
• Shape client strategy with Strategy Leads to set initiatives and tactics.
• Brief and manage the team, budgets and WIP for each client.
• Run onboarding and build relationships that outlast campaigns.
• Turn data into next steps using GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, SEMrush and Meta.
• Run client meetings and quarterly business reviews with purpose.
• Identify growth opportunities and articulate value to clients.
• Ensure quality of work before it reaches clients.
• Leverage AI to deliver standout work from day one.
