Job summary

Reload Media is seeking an Account Manager to join our Melbourne team. You’ll own 5–10 client relationships, shape strategy, and coordinate with a range of specialists to deliver measurable outcomes across media and performance.

You’ll use GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, SEMrush, and Meta tools to drive results, present quarterly reviews, and spot growth opportunities for clients. A supportive manager will tailor a development plan to help you progress to Senior AM.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in account management, client services or marketing.
• Interest in marketing strategy and cross-channel integration across the customer journey.
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to set healthy expectations with clients.
• Confident presenting and communicating from weekly updates to quarterly reviews.
• Active use of AI tools in everyday practice to improve work quality.
• Bonus: familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 or SEMrush.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused client portfolio of 5–10 clients.
• Shape client strategy with Strategy Leads across digital channels.
• Coordinate with specialists, manage budgets and WIP.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and strong first relationships.
• Turn data into next steps and report on key metrics.
• Lead client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities and quantify potential ROI.
• Ensure quality across team deliverables.
• Leverage AI to deliver standout work, not just faster.
