Reload Media in Melbourne is seeking an Account Manager to own 5–10 client relationships and guide their marketing strategy across media and performance. You will work hands-on with a cross-functional team to steer initiatives, manage budgets, and report results.

This role is client-facing, involves running meetings and quarterly reviews, and uses AI tools to deliver standout work. A Senior Account Manager path exists with tailored development plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in account management, client services or marketing.
• Interest in marketing strategy and how digital channels work together.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to present to clients.
• Comfort with AI tools as part of daily practice.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused client portfolio of 5–10 clients across industries.
• Shape client strategy with Strategy Leads across digital channels.
• Brief the team, manage client budgets and WIP.
• Run onboarding and build relationships that outlast campaigns.
• Turn data into next steps using GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Meta.
• Lead client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Spot growth opportunities and quantify potential ROI.
• Ensure quality of work before delivery.
• Leverage AI to deliver standout work.
