Job summary

Nightlife Music is seeking an Account Management Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership and support to our Account Management team. You’ll be their go-to person for guidance, client escalations and commercial decision-making, helping the team stay organised and commercially focused.

Based in our Milton office, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Sales Operations Manager to guide the team, develop Account Managers and protect recurring revenue as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Account Management team.
• Act as the team’s first point of escalation for client issues, commercial questions and situations requiring guidance.
• Work alongside the Managing Director and Sales Operations Manager to guide the team and keep priorities aligned.
• Help Account Managers develop strategies for existing clients, identify commercial opportunities and protect recurring revenue.
• Coach Account Managers through client conversations, commercial decisions and practical next steps.
• Manage and improve workflow across the Account Management team.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks and develop practical strategies to improve how the team operates.
• Use reporting, data and CRM information to identify trends, opportunities and areas requiring attention.
