Job summary

Site Ware Direct is seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Midvale Head Office in Perth WA. This full-time onsite role focuses on managing existing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities and growing sales across SWD.

You will build strong relationships with customers, prepare quotations, travel as required, and collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to support customers. Experience in B2B sales or account management and a customer-focused approach are essential

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-focused and commercially minded approach.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current driver's licence.
• Industry or technical product experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop customer accounts.
• Build relationships with new and prospective customers.
• Follow up sales leads and opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and solutions based on customer needs.
• Introduce customers to new products and services.
